Background

We propose specific solutions to modernize and improve the accessibility and usability of the federal government website at www.vote.gov (“Vote.gov”), as well as the National Mail Voter Registration Form (“NMVRF”), but also generally recommend that the National Institute of Standards and Technology (“NIST”), the General Services Administration, and other federal agencies continue to consult with stakeholders and experts in the field of disability access, language access, and usability.
