Prisha joins the Administrative team at Demos. She recently moved to New York after graduating from Duke University where she received her MA in Public Policy and International Relations.

Her MA thesis was on “The Creation of Pakistan: A Journey from Jinnah’s Secularism to Maududi’s Islamic Nation.” Prior to working at Demos she held the Executive Assistant position at the National Council for Research on Women.

Prisha grew up internationally, specifically in Saudi Arabia and London. She received her undergraduate degree from Regent’s College in London. Given her international background she has a very keen interest in international affairs and politics. When she moved State-side, she became actively involved in grassroots campaigning working for the Barack Obama for President campaign and organizations such as North Carolina Community Shares.
