Amendment 4 - Restoring Rights for Returning Citizens

Desmond Meade of Florida Rights Restoration Coalition worked to pass Amendment 4 in Florida. This historic amendment—the largest expansion of voting rights in decades—is self-executing, and goes into effect on Tuesday, January 8.
