Concerned groups The Brennan Center for  Justice at NYU School of Law (“Brennan Center”), Common Cause, Dēmos: A Network for Ideas and Action (“Dēmos”), The League of Women Voters of the United States (“the League”), and U. S. Public Interest Research Group (“U.S. PIRG”), by their undersigned counsel, respectfully move this Court for leave to participate as amici curiae in the above-captioned matter in opposition to Plaintiffs and to file the attached Memorandum in Opposition to  Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment (“Memorandum”). Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 7(m), counsel for amici have discussed this nondispositive motion with counsel for Plaintiffs, Defendant FEC and Defendant-Intervenor Representative Van Hollen—all of whom have consented to the participation of the above groups as amici curiae in this proceeding.  This motion is unopposed.
