Heather McGhee on Wealth Inequality Both At Home and Abroad

On MSNBC's All In with Chris Hayes, Demos President Heather McGhee discusses the problems of vast wealth inequality, as exemplified by World Economic Forum's attendees in Davos. 

"The financial sector is supposed to be a pipeline for capital to go to productive uses in the economy," she says.

But poor business and policy choices extend far beyond Davos. In the United States, practices such as Walmart's share buybacks serve only to inflate assets rather than invest in human capital.
