'Voting While Hispanic'
What if, should Arizona's immigration law go into force, it becomes an instrument for harassing people for 'voting while Hispanic?'

Many people have referred to Arizona's appalling anti-immigration law as making it a crime to be "walking while Hispanic," and the law surely does invite harassment or arrest for just "appearing" to be an undocumented person on the street. But what if, should the law go into force, it becomes an instrument for harassing people for "voting while Hispanic?"
