Inequality Matters was sponsored by Demos, Inequality.org and United for a Fair Economy. The aim of the conference was to move a critical national problem to the forefront of American politics and public discourse.

The panels and discussions were designed so that participants can share knowledge, develop tools, and build momentum for a sustained campaign of popular education and grassroots advocacy.
