Donna Parson

As Senior Advisor and a member of the Demos Executive Team, Donna helps to develop and drive the strategic direction of the organization. She assists the team in building and maintaining the infrastructure of the organization focusing on financial management, development, and administration. Presently, Donna is the Acting Director of the Fellows Program.

Donna has been with Demos since 2002 and brings over 25 years of building progressive advocacy organizations on the state, regional and national levels. She was formerly the Executive Director of the Connecticut Citizen Action Group and Northeast Action and was the Field Director for Public Campaign. She has also worked in the political arena directing several Congressional campaigns.
