Unemployment Rate, Ages 25-34 (March 2012)

The unemployment rate for workers 25 to 34 declined to 8.6 percent in March even as more workers entered the market. Men and women shared the gains nearly equally -- of the 85,000 additional employed workers in the 25 to 34-year-old category, 40,000 were female.
